- A detailed traffic model is assessing how the proposals may affect nearby junctions
- Trips will not route through Enstone village via the B4030
Measures being explored to reduce car use include:
- Shared staff shuttle buses in partnership with local employers
- Improved facilities for walking and cycling
- Public transport discussions with operators
Construction
- As an outline application, construction details will follow in later stages
- A phased approach will be taken to minimise disruption
- A detailed Construction Management Plan will be informed by public feedback
Building Heights & Design
- All new buildings will be lower than the existing ABN structure, which is outside the proposal area
- Natural screening and layout will minimise visual impact
- Design will respond to market need, future flexibility, and sustainability
Environmental Approach
- Existing trees and green features will be retained where possible
- Landscaping will be enhanced with new planting and amenity spaces
- A minimum 10% Biodiversity Net Gain will be delivered
