Welcome to the dedicated booking system for participating in our public consultation on Gomm Valley. Taylor Wimpey acquired the site in May 2021 and have been working on emerging proposals for the scheme. We are keen to consult with the local community, hear your views and priorities for development on the site and get your thoughts on our draft proposals.

Please note, originally we had planned to host two in person exhibition events, however due to the ongoing concerns surrounding Covid-19 and the new government guidance in place, we have had to rethink our approach to consultation. Ensuring your safety is our primary concern. We want to ensure all residents can participate in the consultation by a method that they are comfortable with, that is safe and allows opportunity for feedback. As such, we have decided to host a hybrid consultation exercise; there will be a mixture of virtual consultation sessions, online exhibitions, and an in-person event on Saturday 22nd January 2022.

All exhibition documents will also be available to view on our dedicated website, including a dedicated VR town hall exhibition, as well as a platform to submit your feedback. This can be found at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/new-homes/high-wycombe/gomm-valley

Public Exhibition

The safety of the local community, staff and representatives is our highest priority, and as such, we have introduced the following measures to allow for a safe consultation.

Booking is mandatory and space will be reserved for a set number of people at time intervals. This is to help us ensure social distancing measures can be put in place.

We would ask all attendees to wear a face covering (unless exempt) during their time at the public event and maintain social distancing where possible. Hand sanitisers will also be available within the venue as well as clear signage and a one-way system. We would kindly ask attendees to try to take a lateral flow test before attending if possible. All staff members will be wearing face coverings at all times and all will be required to have a negative lateral flow test.

The public exhibition will be taking place on Saturday 22 January 2022 at Micklefield Community Centre, Centre Approach, Micklefield Road, High Wycombe, HP13 7FY. Attendance is by pre-booking only.
