Churchill Living are bringing forward proposals for a new retirement living development at the former Kingsfield Care Home on Jubilee Way in Faversham.
The former Kingsfield Care Home has been vacant since it closed in 2018 owing to significant structural issues that have not been able to be resolved. Churchill Living’s redevelopment proposals are an opportunity to bring the site back into beneficial use.
Churchill Living’s vision is to deliver a retirement living development that meets our customer’s needs and the local need for specialist older people’s housing. The development would also contribute positively to the character and appearance of the local area by replacing a vacant eyesore that has unfortunately become a target of anti-social behaviour.
A Churchill Living development would also make a significant contribution in terms of social, economic and environmental benefits.
