This consultation is presented on behalf of Churchill Retirement Living and invites you to view and provide feedback on our proposals for a significant investment in Bexhill for a high-quality, purpose-built retirement living development at properties 41, 41a and 43 Barnhorn Road, Little Common, Bexhill-on-sea.
Churchill Retirement Living’s vision for the site is to deliver a Retirement Living development that meets our customer’s needs and the local need for retirement apartments. Whilst also positively contributing to the character and appearance of Bexhill through the attractive redevelopment of the site.
The development will make a significant contribution locally in terms of social, economic and environmental benefits.
