Our Proposals
Churchill Retirement Living’s vision for the site at 11 The Village is to bring this site into positive and beneficial use as a retirement living development that meets the local need for retirement apartments and presents an attractive new building more in keeping with the local vernacular.
The proposal seeks to provide 31-unit retirement living scheme for older persons, comprising circa 21x1 bed apartments and 10x2 bed apartments.
