Support local jobs - In addition to providing first-class facilities for local people, the new David Lloyd Club would also create 80-100 permanent jobs for local people across a wide range of roles and levels. Construction of the club will create approximately 60 temporary jobs.

Reduce demands on health services - The provision of a David Lloyd Club will help to reduce pressures on local health services by enabling you to maintain healthy fitness habits which in turn helps to lower the risk of disease as well as improve your overall physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Provision of much-needed amenities for the local area - The delivery of a David Lloyd Club within Hanwood Park would be amongst the first key pieces of infrastructure for the site, offering residents of the development a luxury social club offering with family benefits such as a creche, and an exercise offering which can be tailored to the user's needs.
