An outline application has now been submitted by Kalvec Ltd to West Northamptonshire Council (application number WNS/2022/1134/MAO). This seeks to establish the range of employment uses and floorspace which could be provided on the site, which is intended to reflect the indicative Masterplan layout.
If this application is successful, further applications would then detail the exact layout and further technical aspects of the scheme.
