Churchill Retirement Living

A new Churchill Retirement community in Newport Pagnell

Welcome

This consultation is presented on behalf of Churchill Retirement Living and invites you to view and provide feedback on our initial proposals for the former Newport Pagnell Police Station, 124 High Street, Newport Pagnell.

Churchill Retirement Living’s vision for the site is to deliver a retirement living development to the rear of the site, on part of the site comprising the former police accommodation and hard standing.

The vacant former police station building itself will be retained and has been offered to Newport Pagnell Town Council for community use. Should the Town Council not wish to take on the existing building, there is also the opportunity to sensitively renovate the building for new office space for a local business.

Overall, Churchill’s proposals have been designed to meet their residents’ needs, whilst also contributing positively to the character and appearance of Newport Pagnell and making a significant contribution locally in terms of social, economic and environmental benefits.

This website provides a wide range of information regarding the site and, our plans, plus information about Churchill Retirement Living’s retirement communities. You can review this information using the tabs on this website and by looking at our virtual exhibition.

Please don’t hold off in expressing any support for the proposals, as this will assist in the determination of the planning application.
