Our Proposals
The vacant former police station building, Magistrates Court and cell blocks would be retained. The former Police Station building has been offered to Newport Pagnell Town Council for possible community use. Should the Town Council not wish to take on the existing building, there is also the opportunity to sensitively renovate the building for new office space for a local business.
The proposals seek to deliver retirement living accommodation to the rear of the site. This will fully respect the existing police station building and the views of the police station from the street scene will be maintained.Â
Churchill’s proposals will provide high quality independent living accommodation, with a communal lounge and gardens. The proposals also includes three retirement living cottages. The proposal has been sympathetically designed and will contribute positively to the character and appearance of Newport Pagnell.
