David Lloyd Leisure has identified land as part of a wider Master planned development at Mowbray at land on a vacant plot north east of the A264 Rusper Road Roundabout, North of Horsham.

Due to the site being located within the North Horsham Urban Extension the site has a clear history of planned development and benefits from an established principle for leisure uses.

The development will create 70-100 new jobs supported by David Lloyd’s training and mentoring initiatives.

Furthermore, the development will have a minimal environmental footprint, adhering to our commitment to achieving Carbon Net Zero.
