December 2024 update
We are committed to working closely with stakeholders and the Council to deliver a well-considered, sustainable, industry-leading employment development adjacent to Junction 13 of the M6. To this end, we have submitted additional information to the Council under our existing planning application (Ref: 23/01080/OUTMEI), including:
- A revision to the proposed access junction to minimise the impact on a heritage asset – we’ve moved it just 10m to the north. A copy of our latest plan is available here.
- Additional technical documents to supplement and support the Environmental Statement – you can find our updated report/submission here.
- An updated masterplan image incorporating the proposed school drop-off area – you can view this here. Please note that the delivery of this facility will not be included within the application, but we remain in touch with the school.
The Council will now undertake a formal five-week consultation process on these updates. Our community phone line and email address remain open if residents or stakeholders have questions about our updated plans.
