Residents, businesses, and other local stakeholders can arrange to meet the project team to discuss the proposals in more detail and ask additional questions.

We expect these meetings in most cases would take place via Zoom. To arrange a meeting, please fill out the form below and let us know what you would like to discuss and the best times of the day for you to be contacted. When you have submitted the form, we will be in touch.

We will do our best to accommodate all respondents who request a meeting. Please note that if demand is high, we may look to group some respondents together based on the theme raised in the form.
