This website provides information on proposals by St. Modwen Logistics for a highly sustainable, modern industrial and logistics development adjacent to Junction 13 of the M6, near Stafford (approximately 3.5 miles to the north) and within easy reach of Penkridge, a large sustainable village (approximately 2.5 miles to the south).
This development will bring wide ranging socio-economic and environmental benefits to the local area, creating over 1,000 new jobs across a variety of skill levels, and helping to meet industry demand for high quality employment space.
