The outline planning application for the Land to the South of Aylesham was validated by Dover District Council on Tuesday 11th February 2025.

January 2025
The second phase of public engagement came to a close on Tuesday 5th January 2025. We reviewed your feedback on our masterplan, and prepared our outline planning application for submission to Dover District Council.
December 2024
Our second public engagement event was held on Tuesday 17th December 2024 from 14:30pm – 19:30pm at the Aylesham Welfare Leisure Centre.
We issued our invite letter to the Aylesham Parish Boundary and Womenswold, inviting the local community to attend our second public engagement event on 17th December 2024.

September 2024
A public exhibition event was held on Saturday 14th September 2024 from 11:00 – 16:00 at the Aylesham Welfare Leisure Centre.
Exhibition boards were displayed on the day which detailed information about the broad vision for the site. An electronic version of the boards can be downloaded here.
