Blueberry Developments Estates Ltd are experts in building quality new homes throughout Kent and the Southeast, specialising in redeveloping former gas work sites to create places where local people want to live, and communities thrive.
We are delighted to be working with architects The Harris Partnership to bring forward proposals for a mixed-use development at the Old Gas Works site on Pier Road, Gillingham, with up to 500 residential apartment units, a new supermarket, commercial/business space, a new clubhouse for Segas Sailing Club and up to 140 specialist homes for older residents.
Our team are keen to introduce themselves to the local community at the earliest opportunity to chat through our proposals over a cup of tea and listen to your thoughts on our building designs, prior to submitting a hybrid planning application to Medway Council in February 2025.

We are hosting an information event at the Sunlight Centre on Friday 24th January from 3pm to 7pm, where we are keen to introduce the team, talk through our proposals and listen to your priorities.
As we prepare to submit our design plans to Medway council in the coming weeks, our information event will provide a valuable opportunity to hear your thoughts on the current designs.
