Welcome to our website on our proposals for the Land North of South Woodham Ferrers. 

This website has been prepared to provide an update and information on our Outline Planning Application for the parts of the site in our control. This application has recently been submitted to Chelmsford City Council following approval of the Masterplan for the whole site by the City Council earlier this year.

We have created a virtual reality public exhibition below in order to provide an update and information on our planning application to those who live and work in and around South Woodham Ferrers.
