Indurent Park Longbridge West
This website provides information on proposals by Indurent for the final phase of redevelopment of the former MG Rover Car Factory site known as the West Works in Longbridge.
Our proposals will complete the creation of the business park which will be known as Indurent Park Longbridge West and conclude the journey of bringing the site back to life as a commercial and residential hub in the heart of Longbridge, while supporting the transformation of the area into a vibrant, sustainable community.
The development represents an investment of over £30m in Longbridge and will bring wide ranging benefits to the local area including up to 280 new jobs during construction, 590 jobs once complete and helping to meet industry demand for high quality employment space.

The Site
The West Works site is in a great location in Longbridge, south Birmingham. It’s close to Longbridge town centre, Longbridge Technology Park, and the Longbridge Shopping Area.
Getting there is easy, with good sustainable transport and road links. Longbridge railway station connects directly to Birmingham city centre and other parts of the West Midlands. The site is also near the A38 Bristol Road South and has quick access to the motorway network.
Thanks to its central location, the site is a popular choice for businesses, bringing jobs and investment to the area.
The ongoing redevelopment of Longbridge has turned it into a vibrant area with a mix of shops, homes, and leisure facilities.
