Careful Design
The care home would be entirely located on previously developed land, which currently accommodates 2 and 3 storey commercial and residential buildings, as well as caravans and hardstanding.
The site is well contained, with dense trees surrounding its periphery. The vast majority of trees on-site would be retained, with new landscaping introduced to complement the adjacent wooded areas and provide a pleasant environment for our residents.
The care home has been carefully designed to be respectful of local architecture and, although not well visible from the road, it would contribute towards the character of the surrounding area.
Quality Materials
The proposed design incorporates a mixture of traditional and contemporary features, with red brick and imitation wooden cladding as well as attractive pitched roofs and modern glazing.
