Barchester Healthcare, one of the leading care providers in the country, is bringing forward proposals for a new 65-bed care home on the southern edge of Elvetham Heath Parish, just off the A323.
Barchester Healthcare takes pride in providing exceptional services and support for our residents, which is always tailored to meet the individual needs of each person.
The new 3-storey care home would provide a safe and secure home for people in the local area who are elderly, infirm or suffering from dementia. There would be an onsite nurse available 24 hours a day, every day, as well as visiting GPs.
The care home, which would provide approximately 70 new jobs for local people, has been designed to be light and bright, with easy access to amenities including dining areas, lounges, a bistro, cinema and hairdressing facilities.
All ground floor amenity areas and resident bedrooms would have direct access to external landscaped areas, with outdoor seating provided within attractive settings.
