This consultation is presented on behalf of Churchill Retirement Living and invites you to and will provide feedback on our initial proposals to redevelop the land and buildings currently comprising the sales area and forecourt of the Roundstone Caravan Depot, Worthing Road, Southwater, Horsham. The homes to the rear of the Roundstone Caravan site, and access to them, would be retained.
Roundstone Caravans Ltd took the decision to cease trading from October 2021 due to unprecedented constraints on the industry.
Churchill Retirement Living’s vision for the site is to deliver a development that meets our customer’s needs and the local need for retirement apartments, whilst also contributing positively to the character and appearance of Southwater and making a significant contribution locally in terms of social, economic and environmental benefits. The proposals would also bring this now vacant site into positive and beneficial use.
