Hello from Lovell!

We are partnership housing and regeneration experts specialising in working jointly with the public sector partners to create places where local people want to live and communities thrive. 

We are excited to be working in partnership with the Sutton Council to help deliver the regeneration of the Elm Grove Estate.

Our team are looking forward to continuing our engagement with the local community in and around Elm Grove at our upcoming consultation event.

We have used your feedback given to us in November to revise our proposals for the regeneration of the Elm Grove Estate and will be presenting these back to the local community at our upcoming consultation event, ahead of submitting a planning application to Sutton Council. Details of the event:
