Hello from Lovell!

We are partnership housing and regeneration experts specialising in working jointly with the public sector partners to create places where local people want to live and communities thrive. 

We are excited to be working in partnership with the Sutton Council to help deliver the regeneration of the Elm Grove Estate.

Our team are keen introduce themselves to the local community in and around Elm Grove at the earliest opportunity to chat with you over a cup of tea and listen to your thoughts on the project at this stage. 

Introducing ourselves to you! 

We held a productive introduction event at The Sound Lounge on Monday 18th November, where we were able to introduce ourselves and listen to your views on the new plans for the Elm Grove regeneration.

The event provided great insight into how we can take our plans further to improve the Elm Grove estate.
