May 2025 Consultation Event

A second consultation event was held on Tuesday 20th May 2025 from 3-7pm at the Large Hall, Thomas Wall Centre, 52 Benhill Avenue, SM1 4DP.

Following the November 2024 event, your feedback had been used to revise the design proposals for the regeneration of the Elm Grove Estate. We presented these proposals to the local community at this event, prior to submitting them to Sutton Council in Summer 2025.

April 2025 - Returning Residents Meeting

In April 2025, a returning residents meeting was held in the library at the Thomas Wall Centre. This was an invite only event that gave residents the opportunity to meet with the project team in a more intimate setting, allowing for more detailed discussion.

We would like to thank the residents that came along to this meeting for their feedback. We have used your feedback to help shape the detailed scheme proposals that will be submitted to Sutton Council in July 2025. 

November 2024 consultation materials 

Lovell hosted an initial consultation event on Monday 18th November 2024 from 3.30pm-7.30pm at The Sound Lounge, 216-220 High St, Sutton, SM1 1NU.
