May 2025 Consultation Event

We are now hosting another consultation event on Tuesday 20th May 2025 from 3-7pm at the Large Hall, Thomas Wall Centre, 52 Benhill Avenue, SM1 4DP.

Following the November 2024 event, your feedback has been use to revise the design proposals for the regeneration of the Elm Grove Estate. We would like to present these proposals to the local community prior to submitting them to Sutton Council in Summer 2025.

We would love to see you there!

November 2024 consultation materials 

Lovell hosted an initial consultation event on Monday 18th November 2024 from 3.30pm-7.30pm at The Sound Lounge, 216-220 High St, Sutton, SM1 1NU.

We were pleased to invite the community to share their thoughts on our plans to regenerate the Elm Grove Estate, and greatly value the insight the event provided. If you were unable to attend, you can view the display materials shown at the consultation event below.
