At Moto, we are proud of the work we do to lead the way in transitioning to clean, sustainable energy and make a lasting impact on the communities around our sites.

Our proposals will significantly benefit the community, including through the creation of over 400 long-term jobs once operational and many more during the construction-phase, with a focus on hiring locally wherever possible. Along with an investment of over £80 million into the region, we will provide roughly £1 million a year in business rates to the council to support vital local services.

The development will also contribute to Brentwood's decarbonisation efforts by reducing the number of petrol and diesel vehicles on the road and extending the electric vehicle charging network.
