Thank you for visiting our website on proposed plans for a highly sustainable, market-leading Motorway Service Area near Brentwood between Junctions 27 and 28 of the M25.
At Moto, we are proud to lead the way in customer experience and support motorists to transition to clean, sustainable energy. Our new Brentwood Services will offer motorists a safe place to rest, recharge and refuel, provide around 100 High Power electric vehicle charging bays from day one and help to address the critical local need for new HGV parking.
We are committed to ensuring that our proposals reflect local priorities, so we have launched this website to provide an overview of our plans and welcome your feedback.
If you would like to meet the team or find out more information in person, we will be holding a Public Exhibition Event between 3.30pm and 7.30pm on Monday 20th May at Noak Hill Victory Hall, Church Rd, Noak Hill, Romford RM4 1LD.
We will use your feedback to help us develop our final plans, which we will submit to Brentwood Borough Council as an Outline Application for the principle of development in the near future.
