We have found the ideal location for a new, highly sustainable Motorway Service area, in a strategic location on the M25. The site is located between Junctions 27 and 28 of the M25, near Brentwood.

At this key location on the edge of Brentwood, we want to ensure our new Services benefit from a high-quality design which reflects and responds to the surrounding landscape. We will achieve this by using a vibrant green living roof, and sensitively designed architecture.

The focal point of the site will be a light and airy amenity building, providing a welcoming space for motorists to rest and relax.

The sites will serve both clockwise and anti-clockwise traffic on the M25.
