Wrenbridge Land are pleased to announce we have now submitted a hybrid planning application for a new state-of-the-art employment focussed facility at Newlands Park, which will form a landmark gateway development into the town. The hybrid planning application is part detailed for the northern parcel and part outline on the southern parcel. The outline element will be all matters reserved including layout, appearance, scale and landscaping. We expect the application to be validated shortly before going through the planning process at Luton Borough Council.

In 2021, alongside our funding partner Morgan Stanley, Wrenbridge acquired Newlands Park from Luton Town Football Club’s development company 2020 Developments, which will help ensure Luton Town FC’s stadium ambitions can become a reality.
The new landmark gateway development, Newlands Park, would provide four high-quality, high-specification business spaces, that have the opportunity to contribute positively to the growing demand for industry and business space in the local area.
Our vision is to design an appropriate and fitting scheme that specifically draws on the context and history of Luton, and can be admired as people travel into Luton. Environmental considerations are also central to our proposals, in line with this Wrenbridge are aiming to ensure Newlands Park is one of the most sustainable logistics developments in the UK.
