Sustainability 

Wrenbridge have extensive experience in delivering high-quality sustainable schemes, with all units to be constructed with sustainable materials and to leading energy standards. Our proposals are strongly centred around the consistent use of sustainability elements and technologies, including PhotoVoltaic Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps, and green office roofing. Solar panels will be delivered on all four business units and 110 active electric car parking points will also be provided. 

Wrenbridge’s goals for Newlands Park are oriented around delivering Net Carbon Zero Construction standard as well as achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. The plan below shows our approach to sustainability in more detail:
