Welcome
Basingstoke Services, M3 J6
Thank you for visiting and your interest in our proposals for a new Motorway Service Area (MSA) at Junction 6 of the M3, near Basingstoke. We have recently submitted a new planning application, to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and invite residents to view our updated proposals. An FAQ page, which sets out the changes made to the scheme can be found here.
This means we currently have two live applications; our previous application, which is still being considered, and these new proposals which offer an alternative scheme - designed to our fit-for-the-future standards – in response to future transport needs, should both applications be approved. The details of our previous application can be found on the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council planning portal, using the reference number 17/03487/FUL and our new application using the reference number 25/00754/OUT.
We will continue to liaise with statutory consultees and council officers to develop our proposals to deliver an effective scheme.
