Providing 50 much needed new EV charging spaces, with the site future-proofed to deliver more as demand and grid capacity grows. In a strategic location on the M4, this new EV Super Hub will support the transition to EV and reduce range anxiety for motorists.
Helping to decarbonise the road network through reducing petrol and diesel vehicles, ensuring cleaner air for future generations.
62 new HGV spaces to address the critical local shortage, helping to prevent parking in lay-bys or at industrial estates and providing HGV drivers with much needed welfare facilities.
c.12.5% biodiversity net gain, delivered through onsite enhancements and thriving wildlife habitats.
A highly sustainable development, incorporating a living green roof and solar panels to generate renewable energy onsite.
Commitment to support local community through charitable works.
