Redrow and Bellway are working in partnership to deliver a quality residential-led scheme, comprising up to 500 new homes, sport and leisure facilities, land for a new community hub, primary school, and associated green infrastructure.
Our plans look to deliver on the allocation in the approved Sharnbrook Neighbourhood Plan, which designates the site for housing development.

Hybrid planning permission was granted by Bedford Borough Council on 29 August 2025. The approved drawings and documents can be found on the Bedford Borough Council planning portal under reference number 22/02193/MOF.
