Taylor Wimpey is developing plans for a new community in South West Rugby.

Taylor Wimpey controls land within the wider South West Rugby Sustainable Urban Extension, known as Homestead View, which is allocated in Rugby Borough Council’s Local Plan. Before we prepared a planning application for submission to the Council, we carried out a public consultation to hear from residents and understand local priorities.

We want to build a new neighbourhood that reflects the history and character of Rugby, whilst meeting the needs and aspirations of the local community. Your input has been important, informing our understanding and the planning proposals to be submitted. 

Taylor Wimpey is working with Homes England, as well as Catesby to deliver a new community alongside new green spaces and infrastructure improvements.

Taylor Wimpey’s application has now been submitted to the Borough Council.
