The Site
Taylor Wimpey’s site is split into two parcels of land situated between Alwyn Road, Northampton Lane and Cawston Lane. The site is approximately 2.5 miles from Rugby Town Centre and less than 1 mile from the centre of Dunchurch.

The site is allocated in the Rugby Local Plan for residential development. Opportunities from the site include:
- Up to 800 new homes with a variety of types and tenures for all.
- Affordable housing provision.
- New facilities in the wider community, including schools and a local centre.
- Cycle and footpaths to link homes with new and existing facilities to promote active travel.
- Protecting and enhancing Public Rights of Way.
- Enhancing biodiversity, sustainable construction, and EV charging points.
