Phase 1
The first phase of Development will commence from the north and the south of the site.
Key elements of Phase One will include:
- Approximately 200 new homes, including a mix of housing types
- Access from Caton Road to the north, including a new roundabout junction with improved cycle and pedestrian access
- Access from Quernmore Road to the south, including pedestrian and cycle provision
- The relocation of Lansil Golf and Social Club and Golf Course
- Play provision
- Early planting and landscaping.
