***GAMSTON FIELDS’ TEAM TO CONTINUE RECEIVING COMMUNITY FEEDBACK***

Barwood Land and Taylor Wimpey continue to welcome feedback on its vision for Gamston Fields. As such the consultation will remain open to allow local people to provide their feedback until further notice, so that this can help inform all future planning applications that will come forward on the site over time.

We hope that this website is helpful in setting out how Barwood Land and Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd are together evolving an overarching Masterplan for Gamston Fields. This has formed part of the outline planning application that has now been submitted. The outline planning application will confirm approval for the site vehicle access and sets out the Masterplan elements proposed to be delivered through the first phase of the scheme.

The Masterplan will guide future phases of the project that will come forward through subsequent planning applications. This process will ensure that Gamston Fields will be a well-planned, infrastructure-led new community that will deliver new facilities and amenities for existing communities as well as new residents.

In light of coronavirus restrictions, it is not possible to hold physical consultation events, but you can provide your views on our vision by completing the online survey below.

All feedback received will continue to be assessed and considered as the scheme evolves through the planning process. The outline planning application, accompanied by the Masterplan, has now been submitted to Rushcliffe Borough Council.
